Orders, prices, and payment

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express through the PayPal checkout. You do not need a PayPal account to pay by card — choose the guest option and enter your card as normal.

Shipping

  • Out-of-stock items ship when they are back in stock, unless you cancel first.
  • If a shipment is damaged in transit, contact us within 5 days of delivery.
  • Heavy and oversized parts (manifolds, radiator cores, hoods, exhaust pipes, clutch and pressure plate assemblies, and similar) are not sold at the standard online shipping rates. Call us and we will quote the exact freight to your address and take the order over the phone.
  • Orders outside the United States: call or email us. We quote shipping and arrange payment directly rather than through the online checkout.

Returns and restocking

  • If we made the mistake — wrong part sent, or the part is defective — it is on us. We pay return shipping and either send the correct part or refund you in full. No restocking charge.
  • For any other return — wrong part ordered, changed your mind, no longer needed — a 25% restocking charge applies and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Most parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery in original, unused condition. Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the return and give you the correct address.
  • If your shipment arrived damaged, contact us within 5 days and we will work it out with you.

Fitment is worth a phone call

We list the tractor models each part fits to the best of our knowledge, based on original International Harvester part numbers and a long time spent around these machines. These tractors are eighty to a hundred years old, and plenty of them have been repaired, modified, or fitted with parts off another machine somewhere along the way.

  • Confirming that a part fits your tractor is the responsibility of the buyer. If you are not certain, call us before you order. We are glad to help you work it out.
  • A part number off the piece you are replacing is the surest way to get it right.

Installation and safe use

These parts are sold for installation by people competent to do the work. Installation, adjustment, and safe operation of the finished machine are the responsibility of the buyer. This matters most on brake, steering, and engine components. If you are not sure, have a qualified mechanic do the work.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rice Equipment Inc. is not liable for injury, damage, or loss resulting from incorrect fitment, improper installation, or use of a part beyond its intended purpose. Our liability on any order is limited to the amount paid for the parts on that order.

Clutch and pressure plate rebuilds — core charges

All clutch plates and pressure plates we sell are rebuilt. There is a core charge included in the price. When you return a rebuildable core, we refund the core charge.

Returning a core:

  • Send your rebuildable core with a copy of your invoice.
  • The core should be returned within 30 days of the invoice date.

A “rebuildable pressure plate core” must have:

  • No cracked or broken face plate
  • Good splines in the drive hub
  • Plate and drive hub returned together
  • A plate that can be relined (must not be missing half)

Unrebuildable pressure plates will be refunded by usable parts.

Other rebuildable parts (carburetors, fuel pumps, etc.)

  • Returned core must be all there, including bowl, bail, and nut.
  • Any returns with broken housings will be refunded by usable parts.
  • For air-side parts: must include inlet; any returns with broken mounting flange or air inlets will be refunded by usable parts.
  • Any returns with missing internal parts are subject to usable-parts refund.

Farmall, McCormick-Deering, International Harvester, and IH are trademarks of their respective owners. Rice Equipment Inc. is not affiliated with, authorized by, or endorsed by CNH Industrial N.V. or any of its subsidiaries. Manufacturer names and original part numbers are used here for one reason only: to identify which tractors these parts fit.
