Refund policy

We want you to get the right part for your tractor. If something is not right, here is how returns and refunds work.

 

Returns: Most parts may be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original, unused condition. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking charge. Please contact us before sending anything back, at (814) 226-9200 or riceequipment@hotmail.com, so we can confirm the return and give you the correct address. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless we made an error.

 

Damaged in transit: If your shipment arrives damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right with a replacement or refund.

 

Wrong part or our mistake: If we sent the wrong part or the part is defective, we will cover return shipping and either send the correct part or refund you in full.

 

Rebuildable cores: Many rebuilt parts (clutch and pressure plates, carburetors, fuel pumps, and similar) include a core charge. Return your rebuildable core within 30 days of the invoice date, with a copy of your invoice, and we will refund the core charge. Cores must meet our rebuildable condition requirements (see our Terms of Service).

 

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within a few business days.
