Call us with questions about fitment, availability, or shipping. We answer the phone in the evenings — if you reach voicemail, leave your name, your tractor model, and what you're looking for, and we'll call back the next day.
Email works well for non-urgent questions and for international shipping quotes (we'll need to know your country and the parts you want).

When we're available
The shop is staffed in the evenings and weekends. Orders typically ship within a few business days. For phone calls, evenings (Eastern Time) are best.
A note on fitment questions
Farmall and McCormick-Deering parts from 1921–1939 don't always behave like modern parts. The same tractor model can have different parts depending on serial number, year, and what previous owners swapped in over the decades. If you're not 100% sure a part will fit your tractor, please call before ordering. We'd rather talk it through than process a return.
When you call about fitment, have these ready:
- Tractor model (F-12, F-20, W-30, etc.)
- Serial number if you have it
- What you're trying to fix — a description of the symptom helps as much as the part name
- A photo or measurement of the part you're replacing, if possible
